LURONG LIVING RESOLUTION CHALLENGE

In January 2017, CrossFit KMC will be participating in The Lurong Living Resolution Challenge.  

The Lurong Living Resolution Challenge combines diet, fitness, lifestyle and accountability in a fun and engaging nationwide competition. This is where good intentions, dreams, and aspirations are given life and the opportunity to be fulfilled.

Food DatabaseWondering if your favorite food is allowed during the Challenge? Their interactive food database will help you find the answer fast. Take the guesswork out of it.

THERE ARE 3 DIET LEVELS TO CHOOSE FROM

ELITE

ELITE is perfect if you are looking for a fresh start and want to understand how common foods are affecting your body. It is also ideal for you if you have struggled to either lose weight or keep it off.

 

PRO

PRO is more flexible. It looks similar to a focused Zone approach. If you are focusing on eating healthy foods to hit your macros, this is the level for you.

 

STARTER

STARTER provides a manageable starting point no matter what your current physical or dietary state. It gives you the perfect entry level focus and is the first step in creating a healthy lifestyle.

During the Challenge, you are always encouraged to make the best choice possible. You have the flexibility to change between diet levels whenever you need to do so. In fact, you can choose your level for each of the 6 time periods of the day. That way, you are always rewarded for how well you do. No more falling off the wagon, or bingeing because you messed up a little.

THERE ARE 3 WORKOUT LEVELS TO CHOOSE FROM

Level 3

Even top-tier athletes and fire-breathers will enjoy be pushed and battling for top ranking on the leaderboard.

 

Level 2

The majority of our Challenge athletes enjoy this level with just the right amount of pain, sweat, and fun.

 

Level 1

Even if you’ve just walked into the box terrified and have never RX’d a WOD, you’ll find the perfect sized challenge.
