Over the past several months, Chris has improved his Cholesterol levels from 280 to 188 through a combination of CrossFit and adding more fruits and veggies into his eating.  Congratulations, Chris and keep up the good work!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

5 Months

What do you enjoy about CrossFit and being a member at KMC?

I enjoy the support that you receive from the coaches and other members. I also enjoy the different health related information and services they provide.

What is your favorite exercise/movement in CrossFit?

I enjoy the deadlift because it is one of the few movements I am good at.

What is one CrossFit/fitness related goal you are working to achieve?

I have been trying to lower my cholesterol and blood pressure.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is a cheeseburger.

Do you have any favorite sports teams?

 I am a Cubs fan.

Where is ONE place you would like to visit?

I have always wanted to visit Greece.
