How long have you been doing CrossFit?
What do you enjoy about CrossFit and being a member at KMC?
My favorite part of crossfit is after the workout is over. The feeling of satisfaction after completing what was on the board. So often before I start I think, “there is no way Ill be able to do that” and then I do, and it feels amazing. I came into crossfit a little worried that I couldn’t do it because I wasn’t “strong”- but I am strong. It’s the little goals everyday that keep me coming back, that keep me motivated, and confident. Being able to do push-ups (kinda), running the distance require, and the work we all put in to reach our own goals. That is what keeps me hooked. The friendships and the encouragement are what make KMC so great. We have incredible coaches who are patient, funny, smart, and helpful. It’s not ridged or intimidating, it’s fun and challenging all at the same time, and I am grateful to be a part of it.
