5 Rounds: Every 5 Minutes, Complete the Following:

-400 meter Run

-21 Single Arm DB/KB Snatch (alternate hands)

-12 Hand Release Push-ups

*Rest the remaining time in the 5 minute window.  Track time it takes to complete each round.  Stay consistent.

Level III = Rx

Level II, I, GetFit = Scale Snatches (weight) and Push-ups as needed.  Scale rounds to keep times within 5 minute window, if needed
