6 sets of 2 reps @ 90% 1RM

Then…

1 set x 20 reps @ 60% 1 RM


III. EMOM x 14

Minutes 0-4 = 10 Burpees (5 Rounds)

Minute 5 = 25 Sit-ups 

Minute 6 = 20 Supermans 

Minute 7 = 30 Air Squats

Repeat minutes 8,9,10 and 11,12,13 in the same pattern (sit-ups, supermans, air squats)
