CrossFit KMC is a licensed CrossFit affiliate located on the campus of Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, IL. Our passion is educating people about movement, fitness, nutrition, and community. All of these things work together and require a responsible, common sense approach. Our promise is to incorporate that which is beneficial to our body, mind, and overall health. Our goal is to provide our community with a high quality, fun training environment and the necessary attention they need each time they train with us.
We are not just another gym. We don’t want you to pay for a membership that you never use. We want you to be a part of our ever growing community and get in the best shape of your life. Kirby Medical Center is committed to extending the benefits of CrossFit and GetFit to the community regardless of their ability to pay. Kirby proudly includes CrossFit, GetFit, and MedFit in our Kirby Cares program. We are proud to honor those who are planning to serve and those who have already served our great nation. There are scholarships available for CrossFit membership for those enlisted to join and for those returning home. Please contact us for more information about eligibility and requirements.
Please read the policy as outlined below:
-CrossFit KMC members must attend 2 classes per week.
-Each month, CrossFit KMC members will be notified if their visits that month are less than 8 total or 2x/week average.
-As a member of CrossFit KMC it is your responsibility to communicate any inconsistencies in attendance with a staff member of CrossFit KMC.
-Failure to communicate inconsistent attendance with a staff member may result in a hold being placed on membership until said member speaks with the CrossFit KMC Director.
-When inconsistent attendance and communication persist for a period of 3 months, that person will be notified and will receive an account suspension.
-In the event of an account suspension, the member must repeat and pay for a CrossFit Prep Course in its entirety, from the beginning.
