Our prep courses are designed to introduce you to the basics of CrossFit and nutrition. These are your introductory CrossFit classes. *We meet 3 times over a period of 1 week for about 60-90 minutes per class. You will need to attend all 3 times in order to pass this course.
The Prep Class gives us the chance to meet you, introduce you to our facility, and help you navigate proper movement techniques and modifications for movements in order to be successful. They are infinitely scalable (anyone can do it!) so no need to worry, we’ve got you covered!

- CLASSES ARE FEBRUARY 12, 13, & 15th @ 6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.
- COMPLETION OF ALL 3 CLASSES IS REQUIRED TO JOIN CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP.
*You Must complete a Prep Course in order to join CrossFit Classes.
